Supporting your mental health & well-being

Client Promise
Whether you need a space to share your day-to-day anxieties, learn coping strategies, or process past experiences that may be troubling you, we promise to be there for you every step of the way.
Therapeutic Approach
Our focus is to help clients heal, grow, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a confidential space and treating each client as an individual person.
Private Practise
Our previous experience with a range of clients, combined with regular continuous personal development and supervision, equips us with the knowledge to inform ethical practice.
The flexibility of private practise and a pluralistic approach allows clients to be fully in control of their sessions.
Pluralistic Framework
Having trained as an integrative counsellor following a pluralistic framework, we adhere to the principle that each client is a unique individual. Different clients need different things at various points in therapy. The therapeutic process is highly collaborative, and we will work together to achieve your goals.

Areas of counselling
We are able to help clients from the age of 11 with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, relationship problems, bereavement, loneliness, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic attacks, stress, phobias, and more
